The Science in the City Festival and proESOF events

The Science in the City Festival is an important feature of every Euroscience Open Forum dedicated to people of all ages who are curious about science and technology. It is one of the largest public engagement in science and technology events in Europe taking place from 27 June until 11 July 2020.

proESOF 2018-2020 is a programme of activities to anticipate and accompany the development of ESOF2020 Trieste. It includes a series of regional and international events that will be organized principally in the north east of Italy, and the Central and Eastern European countries. proESOF is promoted and led by TESI - Trieste Encounters on Science and Innovation of the FIT – Trieste International Foundation for Progress and Freedom of Sciences.

Call for proposals

This call for proposals aims to collect ideas and support the development of initiatives which will enhance dissemination, education, networking and training from now until ESOF2020 Trieste. You can choose between 2 different areas:

Proposals for events taking place from 2018 until 2020.
ProESOF events can target various audiences
such as scientists, professionals, entrepreneurs and the general public
